we all know it’s only like this 1 month of the year.

It's alright from April-October, it depends what you're refering to

The state has for the past decades i dont remember exactly when outright BANNED building near coasts like this. You are only allowed to build 100m away from the coast now, whether its a lake or the sea

Easily 5 months

Looks quite shitty
Imagine the mosquitos

That's good

All of you will get bored having to sit in that cabin for more than an hour.

what the fuck

Its good for boomers who quickly built together a shack like the OP image and can now cash in on a very low supply high demand item

velkomen to scandinavia

It's intrusive from the perspective of the lake

the forest lakes in sweden and finland is paradise. theres something incredibly comfy about it

reminds of manitoba. they swarm you the moment you cross right from Ontario

thats literally lake tahoe nevada, PNW, alaska 6 months of the year. kys

The problem is people can still use that shore to go swimming or go ashore with your boat, any "private" jetty is not actually private. You were never supposed to own the beach or shore

Rich people obviously hate this law which is why they've been illegally putting up fences on the shore they consider to be theirs and leftists this year started to organize parties on the beaches right next to their houses lol

Here's a picture, all the green areas are public property, legally but over time the people who live there have completely occupied and closed off the area, with illegal fences etc.

This is the area in question. Imagine a rich family going outside to see a group of sweaty leftists on "their" jetty
