Production budget: 85 million USD

Why didn't Little Nicky connect with mainstream audiences?
What are some other box office bombs from around this time?

good movie, good movie. why did it cost 85 mil?
America wasn't atheist enough yet.
literally the only scene from that movie I remember is the only one I laughed at which was somebody calling a phone in hell and a demon or something picks up and there's hitler in the background wearing a maid outfit getting pineapples shoved up his ass
This movie says atheism and going against morality will destroy the world with sin
kek same, fuck hitler and fuck nazis
Money laundering, reminder that Jack and Hill cost 75 million to make.
Literally too edgy for its time.
POPEYE'S CHICKEN IS THE SHIZNAT
>Why didn't Little Nicky connect with mainstream audiences?
Too much anti-hitler propaganda. We love hitler.
watch out chuds
we got a badass over here
This is true.
Dogma came out a year earlier, it had a more modest budget of 10 million but only opened to 8.6 million despite starring Ben Affleck and Matt Damon. There were a lot of protests around the country calling the film satanic.

And now Dogma is owned by Harvey Weinstein, who will probably never sell the rights or make it available again to spite Smith.
It’s funny as it really encapsulated the feeling of a lot of Catholics at the time about church
>now
Harvey Weinstein has always owned Miramax and the movie is available for free on youtube:

Damn, I could swear that movie came out in 2006/2007
It was (and is) a gay movie. Literally has retarded crap posted as amazing and thoughtful, also has Chris rock talking gay too
Yeah but Disney stopped miramax from distributing it in the US, giving it to Lions Gate and a year later the Weinstein’s bought the total rights. Miramax did distribute it internationally at the time however.
>thought i could watch a comfy adam sandler movie
>they have scene where the think hitler is in hell
>immediately turn it off
Not enough powerman 5000 in the soundtrack
Yeah took me out of it also.
Sandler’s a Jew, what did you expect? Truly, it’s a criticism of Jewish culture and how they treat Hitler as a whipping boy.
>It's real
>Israel
It's becoming clear
This isn't real. It's from that twitter account:

Most people just don't like Satan as much as Hollywood does..
