If they shot it up here in Scandinavia, then yeah it might look strange for you. We don't really get proper nights during the summer. It goes from sundown to like 1-2 hours of dusk when the sun dips down below the horizon. But it still lights up the sky and the clouds and then it rises again. So it's kinda like those nights when the moonlight lights everything up during a full moon except more vague.

It's your shitty yify rip. Normally these things save size by majorly compressing the darks which is why your day scene looks fine as you don't need to see the details under his coat. It ruins dark scenes though.
