the only theme song that makes me feel miserable

Name a more pretentious film
Though it works because my weed junky friend watched this in a class and literally broke into tears

People told me this was really sad and I watched it prepared to feel really sad but all I got was one of the most retarded movies I've ever seen

It was peak 00s SOUL. You both can be happy knowing a movie like this will never be made again.

>AAAHH I TOOK DANGEROUS DRUGS REPEATEDLY USING THE MOST HARMFUL METHOD OF CONSUMPTION WHILE FULLY KNOWING THE RISKS AND NOW MY ARM IS NECROTIC, HOW COULD THIS BE HAPPENING TO ME?

That Kronos Quartet score was everywhere for a few years

When I did Tae Kwon Do as a kid, they played the theme song over the speakers one time and I asked what it was. When they told me I realized I had seen the DVD at my house so I went home and watched it. Shit fucked me up.

The theme song is basically the perfect soundtrack for trailers.

I didn't see this movie until years after it was released and was surprised that the theme song was used in all those old YTMND stuff.

I only felt bad for the old woman

I love playing it on piano. One of the first songs I learned to play years ago.

Any of Aronofsky's other films barring maybe The Wrestler

great movie but i guess normies never saw real gore

same, this and moonlight 1st mov got me into playing piano. what's your fav piece to play user?

Why didn't Jared Leto prostitute himself? He could have made a lot of cash.

I preferred the original.

movie is not about gore at all

so why do normies act like this is the most disturbing movie ever made?
here some youtube comments
>That final sequence is so intense. No monsters or serial killers required. Just real life horrors that happen every day.

>It's a good movie. But it's a really hard watch. Don't think I'll ever watch it again but I don't regret watching it.
The performance by the actress who played the mother is fantastic.

>This is a one-time watch for me. Great movie, just a rough one to get through.

>why do normies act like this is the most disturbing movie ever made
None of those comments imply that they think that.

take your meds schizo

Song has been played to fucking death and I honestly can’t hear it without rolling my eyes anymore. Which sucks because it’s actually a really cool song, but goddamn— it’ll probably be 20 more years before I can hear it without cringing.
