My sister has an IT job as well, she sleeps at 2am, wakes up at 11am, bathes only alternate days, attends a 15 min meeting everyday and then does whatever she wants rest of the day. I've literally seen her sleeping till 3pm and not having her pay cut. I've seen her go to the mall in the middle of the day for shopping while the rest of us work
