That sounds more like my typical breakfast.
I normally eat some toasts with tuna, it's not that I don't eat, but it's much lighter.
I think it's a matter of getting used to it, if you eat less on breakfast but more on lunch everyday you won't feel very hungry until lunch.

It's just a habit really. I used to need a breakfast every morning as a teen but once you skip it a few days in a row, you realize you don't actually need it.
And that way, you got a nice appetite for lunch

canned fish is always hella nasty to me if its not in olive oil. I think its really the smell that does it because I can eat much more "fishy" and weird seafood
