If you actually had to live in one of top 25 poorest countries, which one would be best option?

Chad, for obvious reasons.
Second choice would be Niger.

Rhodesia, of course.

>Rwanda the Singapore of Africa.
But honestly it’s either Rwanda or Zimbabwe.
Both aren’t doing well at the moment though, they have an unemployment rate of 25%+, and the poverty rate is quite high. They aren’t good countries to live in even in Africa, but compared to the rest of the countries on the list they are doing better than the rest by a long shot
I think Zimbabwe is a bit better though then the rest as the capital city and overall the cities in the country have actual infrastructure (at least compared to the rest of Africa (Rwanda and Yemen/Afghanistan).
The country itself is probably the most developed out of the list, you are less likely to find real shit slums in Zimbabwe compared to the other countries on the list which have quite a lot of them.
And even poor people have cars In Zimbabwe , you can’t say the same thing about Rwanda, at least not yet.

If you look at a walk of Rwanda and compare it to Zimbabwe it’s just different.
Even watching the best ever food review show shows you the difference between the two countries, Rwanda is just more rural and poorer, but I think it’s doing well for such a poor country that wasn’t developed that much by the Belgians.

Afghanistan truly is a beautiful country. Too bad it is inhabited by violent subhuman jihadists.

I think Tajikistan is pulling way above its weight, despite being mega poor, it’s more developed than all of the countries on the list and is higher than India/Namibia.
Even it’s capital city looks way more developed and cleaner, and richer despite the country having such a low gdp per capita, honestly Tajikistan is doing very well, and they really know how to stretch their wallet and develop a country with very little money and resources.
Pretty suprising honestly.

Honestly no, poor African nation comes close to this in terms of infrastructure.
Despite being poor the country really does look beautiful, I think the Tajikistan people should be proud that they are able to make a really well functioning society with such a low amount of money.
They even have a really high life expectancy compared to all of the countries on the list.
Honestly really suprising., even their second tier cities look slightly better than Rwanda and Zimbabwe’s capital.
