I was classified as overweight when I was working as a scaffolder and going to the gym 3x a week. My BMI was 25.5 at the time.

Most gymbros are technically overweight and many bodybuilders are obese, going by BMI shit.

I am 100kg and 190 and I have a BMI of 27.7 so accprding to the numbers I am fat. However I go to the gym and can bench my own bodyweight so my actual fat percentage is not that high.

Yeah the BMI totally breaks if you are tall/muscular. However there are many fatties that dismiss their doctors warning them of their high BMI because of "muh muscle" even if they have never lifted a day in their life.

190 cm with 100kg bodyweight is pretty standard for a tall built guy.

In Japan I thought I was fat, but in the USA I was told I was thin, 175 cm 76 kg
In America I often saw people in electric wheelchairs who were too fat to walk. I think they weighed more than 150 kg from what I saw.
