Its not finished yet.
Is that lubbock texas?
mogs us
When did american houses became like these, there use to be real architecture and styles in suburbian homes.
everything i have posted are from lubbock texas and build after 2015
this one just demonstrates how easy it would be to make american suburbs nicer
Liberals on reddit are talking a lot lately about building density and public transports
I think we will see a a change in the next years
One of these pictures has properties that do not waste $30,000+ of urban land costs for parking, and likely has the public transport to support this and allow you to work without spending $10,000+ a year on cars
>bricks
Can't be America, we don't know how to build houses of anything but cardboard anymore.
Nigga you probably don't even have running water
In Oregon, they already banned single family zoning, all residential areas must allow townhouses, duplexes, and triplexes
And this is not far enough imo. We need to charge a higher tax on land area and abolish charging tax per property unit, expand transit and do away with requiring parking spaces entirely
Thats so stupid, houses too close to eachother should be just terraced houses, would look much nicer.
Most of Texas sucks. Lubbock is no exception. The parts of Texas that are good are REALLY good though
