LDP, Abe's party is going to win a lot in the upcoming election. The winning was predicted but this tragedy will make it huge winning. I think they will start a campaign like former prime minister Abe's dying wish or something like that and they will eventually succeed in constitutional amendment that Abe had been wishing.
The culprit must've been anti Abe or anti LDP but his actions will only make LDP stronger. Ironic but these kind of attempt to try change in politics will only backfire them. Violence never gets approval (st least in a democratic country)
