I always ask myself: whats so wrong about Chinas approach? Whenever you show this they will say "Yeah but dude, their whole economy is based on infrastructure and housing. I will EXPLODE eventually". What will explode? The prices of houses, and therefore wrecking peoples rents? Who cares. As the government you have sucessfully created a room for everyone to live and with enough houses the living costs should never get too expensive and therefore the population will steadily rise. Whats so wrong about expanding your countries infrastructure??
