Old generations used to pass time playing in the river and at the shadow, plus spanish houses are made to have wide spaces to allow air pass. Today just use air device and at the pub drinking cold beer/cocacola/etc

It's probably not feasible to sell as a commercial product. Coatings must be durable, not degrade within a reasonable period, not miscolor too badly in sunlight, be reasonably cheap, etc.
