If anything, Bolivia is one of the most stable latin american countries. Under morales, and indigenous rule, it has seen lots of growth, and political stability.

Bolivians are still pretty fucking socially conservative though despite having some leftist policies, and even then, those leftist policies are more like protectionism over national industry and barring foreign wealth extraction. Kind of similar to the original polices of the NSDAP actually.

Only the left-wingers are talking about agrarian reform, or indigenous rights. So, it's the only alternative they have.
If right-wingers had some respect for them, and had some market-oriented solutions to the land-issues in latin america, then all these left-wing indigenous milities would not exist.
