Soulless torture sessions in which you have to sell yourself as a productive slave

To me they always seem like a thing they have to do but that are in fact pretty useless most of the time. They already know which candidate they're gonna hire, and I'm not saying this to cope, there were also times when i knew I was gonna get hired and I was.

This was pretty much my job interview.
Working there almost 3 months now.

Lots of programming questions and IQ tests.

>I'm a fat craft beer hipster and although I read in your resume that you have all hard skills required we won't hire you because you don't fit into out team
>To fit into our team you shouldn't talk about our project or your experiences during the job interview
>Instead you should talk about marvel and star wars and say that you're enthusiastic about spending your limited personal free time with us
>You seem to like homeoffice way too much

Based. The more impersonal and more normies filtering the better

clown tier
you either lose or get the job depends on your mbti type

I dont know they keep reject me even before getting in the interview, why and how do i even fix that?

My experience (i finally landed a job) was
>personality tests
>iq tests
>mostly standard interview questions
>some companies invite several candidates for a get together

>i finally landed a job
How long did it take you to get a job?

they make a parade of interview exams and meetings but they pre-select the candidates based on familial or political affiliation

Swedish employeers pay way too little for all the things we have to go through tbqh.

3 months of searching
Do they? We make more than 90% of people in the world probably

Standard bs of talking about yourself and how you would handle certain situations etc. Found it easiest just to talk from the heart except obvious things like "why do you want this job"

Last interview was awkward though because boss said in the beginning of interview he expected a boy and I said I am a boy and he looked suprised.

Swedes are very underpaid compared to other 1st worlders. Mostly because of all the taxes and fees. Especially software engineers. I should have started a company tbqh.

Did I do a ESL or what?

No you did a first world complaint

What kind of company?

Other than USA i feel like this isnt very true, oh and Norway ofcourse but you cant compare us to an oil nation

not all professions have the salary scaling of SWE

My interviews over the last few years have been absolute fucking nightmares. I’ve gotten the jobs but fuck it’s annoying.

My current one required multi-day interviews (4 hours each day with multiple teams). Then nothing but silence for like a fucking month until I was told I was a good fit for the position. I’ve been here a year+ now.

I’ve heard from friends in the legal field that theirs are even worse. Like they put them in conference room for 8 hours and they need to speak to every single person in the law firm.

I think at some point laws will be passed to limit the length of these things because it’s becoming absurd.

i don't even want to think about that

We're ridiculously underpaid compared to other 1st world countries. Our pay-off for education is the worst in the West.

are you niggers meme’ing or are you serious about the IQ tests? i can’t tell in this clown world anymore

the r9k American poster strikes again with the absolute dullest, most quotidian offtopic question he could possibly think of.
