Coffee however I recently read again how coffee is actually bad rises adrenalin cortisol makes sleep bad etc.
I used to drink 3 double espresos and 1-3 mugs of drip coffee per day. Now the last week or so Ive been drinkin only 1 double espreso in the morning and I havent seen any change in anything
Ill probably try dropping the morning ocffee too and see absolutely no change in anything and then start drinking lots of coffee again
