My grandfather was fully Irish and he had a pretty dark complexion like that and brown eyes and my family would say he was black Irish. The whole thing just seems like a myth to just describe someone with dark features. Maybe they have more Celtic DNA or something, but it’s probably just random.

Dutch racism is more of a silent ostracizing than anything in you face and violent, is a Dutchman is racist towards you youd probably not even know.

I've heard black Irish is related to the ginger gene but tweaks it to be dark. Black Irish usually refers just to dark hair and eyes and while the skin is fair like a ginger and prone to freckle but not a pink gammon. Doesn't stop black Irish people from getting tanned like swedes but with the end result looking swarthy. Irl Butthead is basically black Irish to an extent.

Scandis get medium skin tones always, they can get tanned and pasty depending on how much they expose to sun.
Britishers are either normal, very pasty and uncaoable of tanning or sometimes swarthy, is more irregular
