florence is overrated imo, apart from the museums and churches which are beautiful, the city itself is a bit overcrowded and dense for my taste. lucca, pisa and livorno are all prettier. viareggio is my favourite in tuscany.

Livorno kinda sucks, it's full of factories and the northern part unironically smells like a huge gas leak lol. Viareggio is nice but most of its architecture is from 1890-1920 so it lacks variety.
No complaints about Pisa and Lucca. I like the area near piazza delle vettovaglie, it's full of cool bars where you can have apericena and enjoy the warm weather.
