Which cities best preserve the Arab medieval old-towns?

Those are a European thing. No medieval old towns exist in MENA, a street or so at best. Even the 18th century old towns are overshadowed by the remainder of their cities, which invariably grew 3~10x in population.

Syria for great scenes. The middle east is still stuck in medieval times user, what you see now is how they lived back then too

I wouldn't call it influence. There are some Canaanite era ruins though.
