I'm Chinese and I support a Mediterranean world order where no one has to work hard (except for the Germans). An East Asian world order would force everyone into grinding their life away first for some meaningless degree, then at some meaningless job.
If I were double the amount of money I'm getting every month, I wouldn't be significantly happier. I have enough money to do what I want already. I can buy what I want, eat what I want. Having more money isn't worth losing 160+ hours of fun time every month.
