Racial segregation was important than home ownership in the 1950s

i think my family owns like, 2 properties and bought a third recently thats under construction.

ESL moment

Somewhat. I'm the Midwest at least. I am wanting to buy a small cheap home with cash for 100k

it's slowly becoming easier thanks to the based central bank

You almost always end up inheriting your parents home once they pass away

A semi decent home where I live is like 400k+

Did the bank finally solve the issue of chinks buying up all real state? If so then based

they've jacked up the interest rate so much that landlords with variable rate mortgages are selling their homes, thereby causing prices to fall
Meanwhile I'm accumulating money in a savings account so I can put 25% down in a few months and buy a home not too far from downtown

Its become significantly harder in recent years. The cost of housing has increased far more quickly than wages in many American cities. I feel fortunate to have bought my house back in 2007.

God damn I'm jelly. Or anyone that could have bought even up to 2019. My cousin got a big inheritance and bought a nice big new home for 170k in 18 or 19. Life on easy mode. Meanwhile I'm trying to save up and prices of homes and just everything in general keep going up taking things further out of reach.

just bought a house in the middle of nowhere
hopefully it enough to get me started
however I will never be a landlord because fuck those people

Yeah, but houses look like this

No

That was literally perfect grammar

It depends on your region.
This is my dream, what's yours?

Not downright impossible if you're middle class. Just probably need to haggle the price here and there.

beautiful, what's the name of the type of architecture

You get a small house for this price in central tokyo

Spanish Mediterranean
If you look on google maps the neighborhood is full of it.
