France solved this issue. Their drug dealers operate pretty much like a store, on the satirways of some random building. They operate from 7 days a week from 9h-22h, you go in, there's ususally other peopel on a line, you say you want 10/20/50€ amount and it's done.
Here in portugal is awful, i have to meet the dealer, i have to go to his home, i have to chit chat, i have to smoke one or two joints with him, and then go home high as fuck. It's boring.
