>Decaying industrial centres (e.g. Windsor, Cambridge, Hamilton).
>Quaint regional hubs (e.g. Guelph, Peterborough)

your ontarian friends aren't lying. its just never ending suburbs and some occasionally nice parks and stuff. also i know its "soy" or whatever but this place really isn't walkable at all, and wherever you do walk is just fucking boring
also canada has no fun culture. it's just feels like a country on default settings
you don't think walking by the nearest strip mall past the dilapidated park and the row of mchouses that only rich immigrants will ever own are a nice view?
