For the most part yeah. It's mostly among middle class suburbanites, urbanites, and people in the service industry like gym trainers, health professionals, business people, and employees at local shops and restaurants. Oh and blue states too. Those people love showing off how hip and progressive they are even if they're zealous about it. All these people want to have conversations with you and be your friend, which is annoying. I'm brown, and I felt more comfortable with old white guys in the deep rural south who don't ask too many questions and mind their own business. Living in my particular part of the country is like experiencing a chronic psychosis episode.
