Personally I think it's less likely than before, the pandemic showed the limits of a fully global society with unrestricted travel/migration. Maybe there will always be some places of the world with no reason to immigrate/emigrate, so their genes will not change much. We also can't predict the emergence of future political movements which could return to isolationism or segregation. Also, if space habitation becomes a reality, those people will be separated from the rest of humanity and a new or existing races might thrive there. So I'm not sure if humanity will ever merge into a single race, but I agree there will be many changes in the future to existing groups.
