We are a secular country sir, such overt religious signaling won't do

>Has a Buddhist symbol on the flag anyways.

Why white in the middle?
Also make it a dark shade of Bhagwa with a big Kalachakra in the middle.

>Anglo crimes that go unpunished exhibit #1784

I’ve never seen a decent looking Indian flag.

Spoke to soon. looks better than anything I’ve seen

Those tri pattern strips are boring, Estonia is the only one who makes it work and only because they have a cool color scheme

Current flag is very good in my opinion.

First one is le Nazi symbol CHUD

What is this supposed to symbolise?

Every state should have its own flag too. Punjab's flag.

Unfathomably based design. The maroon is regal and for some unknown reason I associate the colour with Mauryas.

Asshole and rubber

Yeah, it looks like what culturally Mauryan flag would be.

It works because of its association with Ashoka/Mauryas while also not having a large number of Buddhists in our country to larp over it.

Red is a holy colour in Hinduism.
The Ashoka chakra has been a symbol of Dharma since 249 BCE.

>culturally
What do you mean?

Colour scheme looks Ancient Indian and associated with Royalty, and Ashoka Chakra, the mauryan version of Buddha's Dharma Chakra.

Make it bigger, with outward protruding spokes (like the 'samay' wheel in Mahabharat serial), and central.
