What would my experience be like as a 24 year old brit moving to Russia next year be like?
Assuming I'm competent with the language, work as a welder with the intention of gaining citizenship and I'm initially in Moscow for a year before moving elsewhere.
we're all leaving, now you have to pay for your own welfare. good luck.

I look kinda rough around the edges and in the few months I've been over there I got barely any attention really, though I do wonder what it would be like in terms of the workplace environment etc

its over once the word gets out you’re western, so 16 minutes after you arrive you will be harassed for money, which will get violent

Will I get qt teen girls to shag as a side benefit
Colton Ortiz
russia is about to become a 4th world shithole economically so i would recommend you choose a different flavor of 2nd world slavland

Surely this benefits me a little having some UK money saved up? The major draw for me is hiking/overlanding trips out into Siberia and with the current state of things I have to jump through beaurocratic hoops to aquire visas each time and after doing this a few times I'm tired with it, I'm a qualified welder and considering working there for the required year to get citizenship. I have the passport, then come and go as I wish.
Connor Hernandez
if you have enough to float in russia for a couple years then yeah go ahead
>Surely this benefits me a little having some UK money saved up? Only as a tourist. Russia can't keep up. Longterm your standard of living will suffer.
Josiah Campbell
move to Poland first, if you're not capable of living here, you'll certainly won't be capable of living in Russia
Ryder Butler
I've made some mistakes in my life, but I've never made Russian citizenship level mistakes.

Do it, you don't have anything to lose. If you don't like it you can leave. But you'll love it Yes He's eternally butthurt and insane don't listen to him I'd worry about your own economy if I were you lol Nah Moscow is fantastic and has great quality of life. Many Canadians, Brits, even swiss here
Michael Miller
no. he is mistaken. in order to get citizenship you need to live in russia for 5 years after getting residence permit. sort of like everywhere in the world
Julian Gonzalez
Nothing about that is a mistake. US citizenship is a much bigger liability
Evan Thomas
Nice try Janusz But I have shitloads of western friends here who love it You should also check out study-in-russia courses and get a free education OP
Robert Hill
idk what to answer to your OP, but the documentary about Tom Hardy in Yakutia is the first thing that came up in mind (I doubt it will help but it's probably fun) >and considering working there for the required year to get citizenship Wait, what, is that simple?
you can trust the kacap, but you're doing it without any guarantee as I said, it's easier for a brit to leave Poland than to leave Russia, and it's quite a bit more chill here, so you can test yourself before going forward with the Russia idea
