I believe that this person had a tough time becoming confident enough to post their body on social media. Probably comparing herself to other girls with more average bodies in the process and feeling like she would never be able to do that. It's likely she got bullied because of her weight and also has some health issues, While I do not encourage anyone to be overweight, I believe we must show kindness and respect to everybody regardless of how they look. This woman is not harming anyone by posting the picture, yet she is being picked on online by strangers. She may be a very sweet and caring person, with family, friends and colleagues that value her. Let's not spread hate.
