Same what you can hear from right wing schizos all over the world since funnily enough, conspiracies are very globalized these days. So it's mostly anti-vax and pro-Russian bullshit (usually these two go together) combined with moaning about globalization, planned depopulation, "you will own nothing and will be happy" and stuff like that
Our domestic conspiracies are usually based on anti-EU/German phobias (they're also fueled by Russian propaganda so it's nothing surprising). Maybe the most idiosyncratic kind of conspiracies for Poles are those about Great Lechia Empire and everything related to Turbo-Slavism, but afaik Russians have similar conspiracies about ancient Slavs fighting aliens with nuclear missiles in vimanas so I guess it's the same source either way.
