When I visited phillipines, one thing I hated the most was this mentality of equating glass buildings with ' development'. See we are almost Singapore. What a load of crap!!

When I get to far away provinces in Vietnam and still get good and stable internet connection and in phillipines, video buffers a lot in Manila and that itself tells you a lot.
