Virtually all education is just indoctrination by the state to make you compliant. I'm not usually someone to make that kind of accusation but it really is true. I enjoyed some of the programs that going to school provided like sports, theatre, debate etc. but the programs themselves were simply hostages. I wasn't a troubled kid neccesarily either, I just look back and think of much of it was a complete and utter waste of time on top of a form of child abuse.
