Nice idea for a PvP shooting game in an school. Low tier bulletproof vests are backpacks, upgrade is pic related and high tier is when you kill a sheriff and loot the police vest.

these things are organized on social media, the sheriff's department has no ability to prevent them, only respond. it's up to store security to prevent these things from happening, but paying an armed guard to stay in the store overnight would mean that the owner's Christmas bonus will have to be a few thousand dollars less.
