Women will be in nursing, whether in a hospital setting or a nursing home for alzheimers patients. In middle east a lot of home servant roles. Men would be probably manual labor but not the entry level stuff depnding on your immigration policies.
Mostly neutral. Not too aggressive to be violent nor too intelligent to be scheming. In Japan the viets have a reputation for crime. Here it would be cambodians and hmongs, and viets mostly keep to their nail salons. Flips might open up filipino shops or asian stores if there is enough of them.
Flips tend to get taken advantage of and they will bear with it so they can send money back home. Some live in packed rooms with other flips they do not even know.
