I agree with the spirit of this, but until we have a better unserstanding of the human mind we shouldn't be rash. IQ tests aren't a good enough measurement for something this drastic.

I think having a modern society which is industrial and/or post-industrial while also wanting people to be socially conservative is wanting to have the cake and eat it too. I think you have to radically change life if you want people to become conservative
