Where the fuck do I find a female that would be interested in going with me on regular runs, hikes, climbing any of those? Not even necessarily romantically, just somebody who enjoys being physical and active. The only ones I can find outside that are running are either 40-50 and married, or below the legal age.

I used to use meetup.com quite frequently and they have a lot of outdoors groups in my area -- I met a lot of friends through there. The other place is okcupid which is less normie now that there's tinder, and has a "just friends" and "activity partners" search which I've used honestly and if you're in a big area can sometimes work.

Really I can spend 6+ hours talking to somebody 1 on 1, but if there is a group, I lose interest as I can't give attention to everybody to that degree and the interaction feels too shallow for me. And going to some social hobby just to make contacts seems a bit off to me. Like I'm there not because I like t hobby or something but because I want to get contacts. As autistic as it seems, I want to be honest with other people and myself.

But if they aren't interested, I could at least get a female to chat with on the cooldown portion of a run and give me some perspective on their side of things. I know the male perspective of the current day, but not so much on the woman part. The other thing is women know other women who might be interested in me. Has happened before where women would recommend me to their friends because "oh wow you two are really alike" and such. Some of the better relationships I had were from that because there is a good personality mesh.
