Karelian stew. It's a simple dish with usually lamb, beef, and onion. Some also add carrots or use different meats.

Weird didn't think any other European countries really ate lamb apart from us

Lamb is kinda expensive here so the more common, cheaper version uses pork and beef or even just pork but the version with lamb is more tasty.
My parents neighbor farms sheep so I can get it comparatively cheap.

I found that one, and DeepL is able to translate everything pretty well except "delícias do mar". What is this, it just translate as sea delicacies.
