Rank Quentin Tarantino's movies. I'm interested in what other people think.

From favorite to least:

>Pulp Fiction
>Kill Bill
>Reservoir Dogs
>Once Upon a Time in Hollywood
> Inglorious Basterds
>Death Proof
>Django Unchained
>Jackie Brown
>The Hateful Eight

If Kill Bill were split in 2, Vol. 1 would be my #1 and Vol. 2 would be after Reservoir Dogs. I also don't have a problem with most of these movies, except the Hateful Eight.

I'm including some movies he helped direct / write.

Best to Worst:
>Dusk Till Dawn
>Sin City
>Pulp Fiction
>Inglorious Bastards
>Django Unchained
>Kill Bill
>Reservoir Dogs
>The Hateful Eight
>Jackie Brown
>Once Upon a Time in Hollywood
..........
>Death Proof

Couldn't even finish Death Proof. Just too cringey, even with Kurt Russel trying his best to carry the film

>Pulp Fiction
>Jackie Brown
>Reservoir Dogs
-Power Gap-
>Kill Bill
>Django Unchained
>The Hateful Eight
>Once Upon a Time in Hollywood
>Inglorious Basterds
>Death Proof

Quentin and Joe Rogan have the same eyes, wtf

Ok. Here's what i think:

Pulp Fiction
Reservoir Dogs
Jackie Brown
Once Upon a Time In Hollywood
Kill Bill
Inglorious bastards
Django
Death Proof

This might be a dumb question but are the Tarantino movies supposed to comedies?
Also :
>Kill Bill
>Pulp Fiction
>The Hateful Eight
>Django Unchained

They're all action flicks with dark comedy elements

No Natural Born Killers or True Romance?

Anyways:

>Inglorious Basterds
>Pulp Fiction
>True Romance
>Kill Bill
>Django Unchained
>Reservoir Dogs
>Jackie Brown
>Once Upon a Time in Hollywood
>Death Proof
>Natural Born Killers
>Sin City
>Dusk Till Dawn

Jackie brown
Dogs
Everything else trash

Oh and Hateful Eight above Death Proof and below Once Upon a Time in Hollywood

Good call.
I'd rank Natural Born Killers right beneath Inglorious Bastards

>Kill Bill
>Jackie Brown
>Reservoir Dogs
>Inglourious Basterds
>Django
>Once Upon A Time In Hollywood
>Death Proof
>Pulp Fiction
>The Hateful Eight

>not putting OUATIH at the top
you’re all literal dogshit brains with no business commenting on movies

>Boring meandering for 95% of film
>Only the last ten minutes are fun
I walked out of the theater before I even got to the Manson part. Didn't like the rest of the movie any better on the re-watch. Tarantino just doesn't have the subtlety of a Linklater to pull off the same slice-of-life narrative. For that, you need characters that aren't just caricatures.

True Romance is kino as fuck. Gary Oldman nailed Drexl and the Walken/Hopper scene is an all time classic. Love the fight scene between Alabama and Gandolfini too... a rare instance where a man/woman fight is actually kind of believable.

Reservoir dogs sucked.

The French specialize in slice-of-life narrative, and arguably even Daumier has an element of that. Maybe the British are best at character dramas, coming-of-age films, etc. due to their invention of the novel, whereas the Italians are best at dramatizing epochs in a supremely visual way.

>Pulp Fiction
>Inglorious Basterds
>Hateful Eight
>Reservoir Dogs
>Django
>Kill Bill vol 2
>Once Upon a Time in Hollywood
>Death Proof
>Kill Bill vol 1
>Four Rooms (only his segment)
>True Romance
>Jackie Brown
>From Dusk Till Dawn
>Grave Danger (that 2-part CSI episode he wrote and directed)
>My Best Friend’s Birthday (30 minutes of his first movie)
sin city doesn't count, he only directed one dialogue scene and he doesn't recognize natural born killers as his script, because Stone has changed too much of it

If we are going bt favorites and not quality

Jackie Brown
Once Upon a Time
Pulp Fiction
Death Proof
Inglorious Bastards
Hateful Eight
Django
Kill Bill
Reservoir Dogs

They are all my favorites, I have them all on Bluray/4k, but this is like a list of my personal favorites and how much I'm willing to rewatch them because they just flow.

Fuck off.
OUATIH is kino, but it's understandable why many people don't like it as much.

Was the Four Rooms segment the one where the girl makes the boy smell her feet? That felt a little on the nose, no pun intended
