No. There are no charts or lists anymore because Any Forums is littered with tourists and phoneposters who don't make OC or lack the patience and skill to make charts and lists. If you observed the catalog, you would find that aside from capeshit and fotm, whatever was recommended in those charts before are more or less pretty much the same ones that are still recommended today: Das Boot, The Thing, Unforgiven, etc

You're complete right, but an additional factor to that is that new movies tend to be pretty shit so the lists don't need to be updated much

You're probably right and I'm sure there are people who can make OC or lists but they choose not to because they're too blackpilled by the state of this place. I know because I see OC sometimes so someone is making it but it's not a common occurrence.
As for those old lists, I never liked those because they had too many movies and there's no way anyone except the person who made the list liked every one. There was a nice one I saw recently that had films of the 00s or something. I didn't save it.
