My ancestors :)

Cool fort, bet kids would love playing in it.

I saw ruins like this all over the countryside in Spain when I visited, even looking out the train window over forests, there were medieval ruins in the middle of a wooded area. I’d be disappointed that they’re just being neglected but honestly there’s a certain beauty in it, and probably a lot of fun to explore and play in as kids

I got drunk inside a civil War bunker where there was a mommified cat and a rope in the ceiling. Probably wasn't the best place to booze

They are indeed neglected lol
A lot of them are private property, and you can even buy them in idealista.com lol

If you have 2,2 million of euros you can buy this 14th century castle with 19 rooms and 7 bathrooms

our local equivalent was used as the local appliance dump/destruction zone, dirtbike playpen and shooting area

most of the old indian graves were knocked over and the priest's grave was often used as a target because it was a big carved standing rock

Looks like real life Gold Coast of Oblivion

You can't suffer in Spain

>I’d be disappointed that they’re just being neglected
The problem is that most of those places are privately owned. We need a workers' revolution.

What is it with meds and graffiti, southamericans really learned from their parents

how does a bunch of ruins help them not suffer?

Yeah I’m sure the workers won’t neglect them and give good use to the 15% that remains of a medieval church
