It was created by Dalle 2, a A.I with the prompt of "a painting by Grant Wood of an astronaut couple, american gothic styleā€¯ A.I is here and it's taking your jobs. Why would anyone want to hire a graphic designer if they can use a A.I to draw up thousands of designs for their website or magazine cover.
Good luck to all thirdy countries. You will never escape the middle income trap. Manufacturing is increasingly becoming automated, soon it will be cheaper to set up an automated factory to produce cheap plastic products then literal slaves. Not to mention various countries onshoring their manufacturing due to supply lines issues and geopolitical risks, which they can do without labor costs crippling their companies due to automation. So as bad as sweatshops are, you can't even use them to jump-start the economy.
Even services will get fucked. A.I can increasingly do low level code monkey jobs like data entry and basic coding. Why would anyone want to off shore their IT service when a A.I to do 80% of the work? If you're not already a highly educated country with great infrastructure, you will be locked out of the global economy and basically just exist for globalhomo tech companies to sell products that lock you forever to their monopoly tech ecosystem and to sell raw materials to overseas factories.
All of the geniuses and PHD holders will be braindrained away to one of the more developed countries. Any successful startups with innovation products/services will be bought by one the big tech giants. Not to mention that all of the low hanging fruit is already picked, good luck developing 1nm microchips, nuclear fusion, jet engines, quantum computers etc without trillions in R&D, millions of PHDs and decades of industrialized knowledge.
I think China will be the last nation to truly escape the middle income trap and transition into a high end manufacturing, innovation and services economy. India is also a promising candidate, but not as likely as China.
another overhyped garbage >graphic designers those were never real jobs to being with

the problem is that the loop is relying on someone providing data, i.e. creating pictures, art, sounds etc, that the """"AI"""" can use.
Aaron Reed
What's your PHd?
Jackson Young
AI is a good thing because it will do all the shit jobs. You will still need people to come with ideas for magazine covers
Easton Allen
> Hey AI i need illustration that represent our service and the color should based... >*AI draws astronaut couple in crops*

Another example of an A.I generated image. The prompt is "a cybertronic bison, leds, high detail, sharp, studio, digital art" Bro, anybody can use this. Instead of hiring a dozen artists, all you need is one idea guy to think of prompts. And they're stuck on 2D images for now. Some A.Is are starting to break ground on videos and 3D renders. That's the jobs of 3D modelers, animators and video editors gone.
it's nothing groundbreaking you know those AIs trained to recognize images you take the parameters and feed the data backwards boom you have whatever this thing is

What is real job chang? Land owning? We just relaxed the law soon Mao Chadong spirit will wake after we sense too many cockroach

new jobs will be created. Many people used to be employed to just stand in a bus and collect coins. Now they get to deliver food on uber eats

Russia can throws a single Sarmat and turn Germany into a wasteland.
Nobody cares about your globalist bullshit, you retarded glowie
call it whatever you want but it still has the highest paying entry level jobs STEM + MBA and you can't lose
Lincoln Hill
STEM will be automated far more easily than graphic design m8
Ayden Ward
REAL wealth, as Russia is showing, are lands, water, oil, energy, food and not your AI faggotry
Try to eat your computer, you island chimp
Carson Collins
who will maintain this crap then?

Take your proxy off you drunk vatnik pidor

what about upgrading the data centres? what if the AI breaks down? what if bunch of kids DDoSed the server? what about sudden power outages, rats eating the cables etc? someone accidentally committed a bug and the entire system goes down?
Image prompt is "supermarket at night, dark, glowing lights, shelves, ominous, small child standing on the floor, surreal" At some point A.I will be good enough to replace almost everything. 10-20 years at most. Art galleries will still be a thing. But the millions of people who do stock images for companies will be fucked. t. graphic designer Bro, think of the implications. Anyone can shit out professional artist level pictures at will now. This pictures can also be photorealstic. Porn would be a pretty big deal with this. You can get custom fetish images with this instead of paying some artist. You could make your own mini comic book/manga.
There's A.I that can generate videos now. You type threesome of Trump with Putin and Xi and get a minute long photorealistic porno. Who knows, in 10 years, A.I can pump our hour long films with just a single prompt
>what about upgrading the data centres? what if the AI breaks down? what if bunch of kids DDoSed the server? what about sudden power outages, rats eating the cables etc? someone accidentally committed a bug and the entire system goes down? sounds like janny work
Juan Lopez
All true, until >I think China will be the last nation to truly escape the middle income trap They wont
Samuel Price
They already have, seeing as they're one of the nations producing this kinds of A.I. One of the more advanced ones, that can generate 6 second long photorealistic videos, came out of china
Oliver Rogers
the last battle will be Han vs Islam we will be long gone
Ian Walker
I tries the mini DALL E but it totally failed to produce images of a twink getting spitroasted by 2 futa, which really isn't so complicated. So I think humans are safe for now.
Samuel Robinson
yes and? those fields don't even account for 1% of the global employment no one in their right mind would leave cold hard algorithms to make choices that could make or break an organization just some low level jobs that I could think of more brainy folks can deal with expanding the features, creating new algorithms, deal with lawsuits or paperworks etc
Jace Sanchez
I heard that they limited it's ability to do porn by not training the dataset on pornographic images and by limiting it's ability to perform if it detects sexual prompts. Not sure if true though.
