Those comparisons between the different systems are kinda useless because in the USSR everything was not about the money, but about your social capital aka your status, connections etc. You can improve your position in the society by becoming a member of the party, by knowing someone who works in some food factory and can sell you stuff in the black market etc.

Grad is incorrect, the life expectancy in Estonia is 78.

Compared to the rest of the world maybe, compared to Western Europe no.
Also hdi is a bit weird Portugal has a lower hdi than Poland even though it’s gdp per capita is higher and life expectancy is higher (80 years). Overall hdi isn’t that accurate.

And andorra should be in the top 10, same with Luxembourg.

Education level I guess, Portugal scores horribly there, their literacy rate is lower than in Uzbekistan
