I don't know why on god's green earth you'd want to live in Ohio

I listen to Midwest Emo music

It seems to be quite boring

I just try to take it a day at a time, you know?

but I already do? It's boring here, it's no place to be if you are under 40

>the fly over states of america
pass. let me live in sexy california instead

>I will never get killed by a tornado
oh nooooooo

not like you'd ever leave your room anyway freak

I live in Kansas. I am comfy for the most part. The memes are true it honestly is life on easy mode.

I'm convinced americans shit talk the midwest to prevent foreigners from discovering the promised land

I'm sure it's lovely and I have nothing against that region but I have very bad feelings for Indiana because my horrible father lives there. That is all.

Also Gary is there which is proof enough the state is cursed.

i live here, its flat and boring

It feels "insulated" in a way. Go 3 states in any direction and you're still in the US. And things are a lot cheaper here compared to coasties. You can easily work an unskilled job and own a home and car relatively fast.
Of course I grew up here and all my friends and family are here so I'm naturally biased

Other than making jokes about the weather or how fat people are and lovingly mocking their accents I've never really seen anyone shit talk the Midwest.

going on 5 years
feels like it's been a century

I like Michigan. Lots of lakes, rivers, forests, and comfy summer towns. Even metro Detroit isn't that bad.
