I hate how the first episode had nothing to do with anything. I was hoping the episode would at least go into human trafficking or something substantial but it was literally this goofy ass plot about white dykes owning black people as slaves and microwaving chicken and having the audacity to call it fried. I also don't like how the newer episodes are longer than usual cause the longer episodes usually just have a lot of empty seconds and don't actually make use of their extra time.
Literally though and the grandmothers you speak of only know a handful of dishes and are too dogmatic to learn how to improve or learn no recopies. The generation before them could could better but most of them insist on dying with the recipes and they either have or are to frail to get up and cook anymore.
