Why are they so religious?

Islam is dying in every country. Even in countries that are known to be very strict like Saudi Arabia but these niggas are still religious as fuck

They only pretend to be religious to be accepted by ayyrabs and poorsians

they're not. they are because they're poor
upper class Pakis are giga degenerates.

Satan has blinded their hearts. All false religions are part of Babylon the great, the mother of harlots who seats on all four waters

She will be eaten and burned by the scarlet beast and the merchants of the earth will weep as well as the monarchs with whom she commited fornication

The United Nations will rip her naked and destroy her children just before the false outcry of 'peace and security'

Gog of Magog, the coallition led by the king of the North (Russia) will be caught in a denomic frenzy to corner God's people, but sudden destruction shall instantly be upon as the heaven will open to the rider of the white horse and the other 144,000 saints with him.

They will create the new world society, and only God's Kingdom will reign over the true worshippers.

they are stupid indians

imagine being muslim pajeet

Pakistan was made on religious lines

Without Islam their country has no reason to exist. They were founded as a homeland for muslim from the British Raj.

their pre-islamic identity is tied up in an extant paganism; unlike for turks or indonesians or iranians or egyptians. there are still cow worshipping people drawing swastikas on their foreheads, whereas there are basically no ahura mazda worshippers or pyramid builders today.
So they have a bit more of an anxeity towards it.

Also, their identity is much more tied in with the introduction of islam into that region. they say their country began in the 7th century AD when Qasim the Arab came an invaded Sindh. Their national heroes are guys like Babur or Mahmud Ghazni who are Turkic invaders of India.
Their high culture is persian culture (Which was the courtly culture of those dynasties).

If Hinduism had actually faded away like zoroastrianism or like it did in Java, there is a good chance that Muslim India or 'Greater Pakistan' would have actually kept some sort of larping of its Hindu past, just as Iranians do.

They probably would have had hindu names, hindu myths would just be secular entertainment myths (like the Ramayana is in Indonesia).

To some degree, Bangladesh is more like this. A lot of their towns still bear the names of Hindu gods, their women still wear redmarks on their foreheads., they still have festivals with hindu looking stuff in them

Well they already live in hell, so it's logic to stick to a religion that promises that if they follow a simple set of rules they will get to paradise after they die. I mean why care about actually developing when you can just pray 2000 times a day repeatedly and you will get to Jannah.
I mean pretty much all religions work the same way, the only problem with islam it's that it has way too many stupid rules that prevent you from enjoying the little things that make your existence less miserable. Probably that's why they are so fanatic about it. Imagine living a life where you cannot even eat pork, it definitely makes the afterlife much more desirable

The raison d'etre, the reason for this country existing, is closely tied to religion. Therefore, it's only logical it's closely tied to their identity. It's also located at the frontier of the Islamic world, bordering a related culture they have a somewhat strained relationship with.

Pakistan only exists because of Islam. It's our entire identity.

>Islam is dying in every country
>he unironically believes this

This
Daily reminder that Pakis mercilessly genocided 3 million Bengali Muslims. They only care about the ummah when they want jobs in the gulf.

yes

t. liberal urbanite

because they're poor

The East of Pakistan (Punjab, Sindh, Kashmir) was Hindu. The West (Khyber Pashtunkhwa, Balochistan) were Zoroastrian.

not necessarily true. gandhara (kandahar) was part of the pajeetosphere classically.
those places were buddhist for quite a while

also noting your distinction between indic and iranic pakistan, indic pakistan is the much larger more influential part of pakistan.
iranic pakistan has much more of its own identity anyway, pashtoons and balochis both just kind of corralled into it.

Pakistan has less reason to exist than Israel. There are more Muslims within India + Pakistanis genocided Bengalis.

I don't really count Buddhism to be deeply Indian desu. Buddhism originated in India but is much more common in SEA than India. India is about hinduism desu. But yeah, Peshawar, Kandahar, Kabul had a lot of Buddhists there. Also, curiously, a lot more Sikhs due to the Sikh empire. Still many Sikhs in Peshawar.
>iranic pakistan has much more of its own identity anyway, pashtoons and balochis both just kind of corralled into it.
Yes I'd agree with that.

But our Pashtun practice of Attan came from Zoroastrianism, as did some of our words (we do not say Eid, we say Akhtar. Which came from Zoroastrianism). Many Pashtuns even in Kandahar celebrate Nowruz too.

not your life, mind ur own business sweaty.

SEA is very pajeet'd.

but more specifically, Indians in their texts talk about kabul and kandahar as part of their world.
probably to a greater extent than their iranian contemporaries did.

anyway - yeah this is very marginal to my point i'm primarily talking about punjab, sindh.

Buddhism is Indian, scholars came from China etc here to discuss theology for centuries. Even before Israel was created, Jewish was clearly a Judean/Palestinan religion despite that place not having a lot of Jews. In bith cases external factors were responsible for removal of those religions
