Why? There isn't a single reason to not hate an entire race. You have to have 200 years of propaganda framework to even formulate the idea that you shouldn't hate blacks.
I'll hate the race and the individual. Even hypothetically if it didn't make sense to hate all blacks, you should still do it because whites and blacks shouldn't be living together so anything that contributes to the divide is good.
Both liking blacks and being neutral to them simply allows more ''integration'' and causes more problems.
