Conceiving you was a stupid decision, shame on your parents.

terrible thread. you should feel ashamed of yourself. This isn't your personal blog.

I have this and I screamed random things every time this happens to me but it only happens when I'm alone in my home.
But soon I was diagnosed that I have ADHD.
I couldn't believe it when the doctor said it since I never had any problems while living but the evidence was as clear as day.
I hope the pills will make me better.

user...

I don’t randomly yell out things in front of people

dont consider as a pain of regret, but as q pain of growth, you learned from that experience and grew as a person.

Anyone that is hurt by cringe in the past have a weak thought pattern system. Grow up and stop being a fag for others opinion of you. It will only make you weaker as you age

in my case I sometimes start cursing out loud
it's not weird because it looks like I'm mad about something else
lately I have been recalling almost every day because I interact with more people now and since I'm socially awkward I keep generating new embarrassing experiences

I used to get scared about going to a therapist so I never did because I feared being considered a mentally ill person.
But then I realized that all these things happening to me is an extremely abnormal thing for a sane person to do during my conscription.
It felt really better when I first went to the clinic and the doctor there explained everything.
You might not be an ADHD like in my case but they can still suggest you a way to fight with whatever you are dealing with right now and it will make you feel better.

What kind of mosquito is that?

same. i sometimes shake my head or speak loudly and incoherently to myself trying to shake off a particularly bad moment. they pop up randomly and inflict quite a bit of pain.

how is ADHD diagnosed, is there a test?
