Is a sequel even possible?

Is a sequel even possible?

This Joker seems too dumb to be a threat to Batman.

Yes. Martin Scorsese is producing it and in talks to direct it. Which proofs he's an hypocrite that just hates Marvel.

would be interesting if instead of doing the nemesis stuff their paths crossing is entirely incidental
then Arthur does the smile thing to Bruce and he freezes up because it reminds him of when they met

>proofs
proves* Fucking phone.

But he already directed Joker

and he'd do it again

Batman in the Joker world will be very different and more realistic than Reeves i imagine Bruce being a Crazy cosplayer getting his ass kicked every night

and again
and again
and again...

Would be a cool take. I've always wanted to see a Batman interpretation that was as realistic as possible.

dark knight joker was powerful thanks to the terror he could inflict, his lack of fear and his intelligence when applied to his plans and contingency plans. He was a threat because he knew human nature.
joker 2: joke harder is a threat because he's a sympathetic and more human joker who hits directly at society rather than human nature, and as such he can cause mass chaos through manipulating the political climate instead of direct action using stolen money and mercenaries
joker rioters do it for free

No, because Todd Philips already ripped off Scorsese as much as he could.

If there was a sequel to Joker, it would be a weird mash-up of Goodfellas and Casino, where The Joker starts an illegal Casino/drug business, backed by a Mob Crew, and Batman has to infiltrate it and take it down without getting killed.

I will only forgive this if Joker is not named "Joker 2" and is like TDK where TDKR ended up being better.

It’s be kinda fun to have Batman facing off against hobo joker.

>the joker part 2
>takes place in Arkham Asylum
>Arthur fleck is one of the more infamous inmates
>he competes with other inmates for a spot as the appointed "leader" of the prison
>some cameos from other Batman villains' that are just starting out, some just run of the mill murderers
>final act is him staging a riot and successfully breaking out with other inmates
>once on the outside he finds his fame from Killing Murray Franklin has dwindled, and other criminals have risen up and taken over
>the films message will be about how we treat the mentally ill vs how we treat some of them like celebrities or something idk

I ripped off one flew over the cuckoos nest and Charles Manson

>says he hates Marvel
>he hates Marvel, that means he's an hypocrite

He's directed 10 mafia films at this point

>Coppola makes Godfather
>Scorsese makes a million mafia films
Why do Italians keep doing this?

He already directed Joker 2 as well

Still proud about that Golden Lion win Eternals got I see...
wait

The strongest aspect of the movie is how well made it is. From the 70's era commitment, music choices, performances, and the overall story. The attention to detail elevates everything in the movie. I would love to see what Todd Phillips's interpretation of Batman would be, because he created the best version of Joker that isn't the already comic/game perfect Hamill interpretation.

I think putting an emphasis on Joker meeting Batman for the first time, and treating it like a love story, where you could also throw in Harley Quinn for laughs/intrigue.

>If there was a sequel to Joker,
There is and Scorsese is doing it retard disneycuck
