Time to test Any Forums's film knowledge how many of these movies have you seen?

All of them but why didn't they build up to something bigger?

About half. Good choice of Rear Window for Hitchcock. My personal favorite of his

16/36, ironically I've seen more of the foreign stuff than the english language stuff.

31.5, haven't seen The Ten Commandments, Doctor Zhivago, Order, The Passion of Joan of Arc, whatever that Pasolini film is (fuck Pasolini glad that fag got murdered) and I started Andrei Roublev but stopped half way through because I was tired. None of these films are obscure.

Seen about half of them and the only one I really enjoyed was Rear Window. The rest ranged from okay to painfully boring.

I love old films. Always more to watch as well.

Ironically that film by Pasolini is very respectful towards the figure of Jesus

I’ve seen a handful of them, and I rewatched Nosferatu again recently for the centennial anniversary, but these sorts of lists are just proof that film critics and directors love sniffing their own farts. They claim these are the greatest movies of all time, but plenty of genre films that were more influential are not on either of these lists.
