They should have made another book dealing with the aftermath of Voldemort. Since Harry’s final year was essentially cancelled Hogwarts could have held another year of class for the 7th years so they could finish their studies. This would have been a great time to have Harry and friends transition into adults, and the book could have been about their transition into life as legal adults. Themes could have been about sexuality, financial stability, and political activism.
