The sections with Judge Joe Brown were consistently the most baffling parts. The documentary was very clearly divided into different segments but his cut-always were always from the left field (like Asian people being genetically incompatible with hip-hop, gang-bangers having lesbian mentality, ect.)

It's very simple, in his natural state the negro will always try to test the limits of what he can get away with. Some will start taking naps on the field, maybe steal an extra molasses pie, and if you don't nip this behavior in the bud, the negro will start getting uppity, start talking back to the ovahseah and the like.
