If I'm spending £30 on a takeaway it's a family feast amount of food only I eat it all myself and usually save a bit for later

if you've got a small kitchen and you've got a big group of people coming over it makes perfect sense and there's plenty of deals for bulk orders to make use of. Ordering takeaway for yourself? Just get a fucking oven meal from a supermarket for a fraction of the cost while tasting basically the same

When people say they enjoy cooking, do you enjoy chopping things up, adding spices etc, or just like the result? I find the prep and cooking a boring chore, there's satisfaction to be had at the end providing it was a success, but overall I'd rather be doing something that isn't chopping onions and peppers.
